How my idea is secured if I disclose it to you?
Before registering in this event, the applicants have to furnish their details (such as Name, Father’s Name, Mobile No, Mail ID, Permanent Address) for NDA form. Then the signed NDA form will be mailed to the applicant. A copy of signed form to be sent back.The NDA creates a confidential relationship between the parties to protect any type of confidential idea or information. This will cover the protection of your novel idea.

If my idea was presented in somewhere else, shall I participate in this programme?

If my idea is not in the top 3 best ideas, but it is eligible for filing a patent, shall I get any concession for my idea?

Can I directly enter into the market without having a patent on my new idea or invention?
No, if u don’t obtain a patent for your invention, your idea can be copied by any one or commercialized for their benefit. To secure your idea or invention, you have to register for a patent. For more information please visit our website: www.novelipinsights.com, www.novelpatent.com

Can a published or disclosed invention be patented?
No…. Publication of an invention in any form by the inventor before filing of a patent application would disqualify the invention to be patentable. However, a grace period of 12 months is available in India for filing a patent application after disclosure of the invention through publication or display. Is a patent valid in every country?
Patents are territorial rights.
